City Edge is poised to introduce new commercial units within the Maspero Triangle area, as confirmed by Sherif Taha, the head of the company's development sector. These units will be located in a dedicated tower within the area, specifically designed for commercial activities.
Taha further revealed that the
tower will comprise approximately 160 units, with a limited number initially released
to assess market interest. This marks a pioneering venture for both the
Community Development Authority and City Edge, as it's the first time they've
offered commercial units of this nature.
He further elaborated that the
Maspero Triangle towers project encompasses a basement level (underground
garage) spanning 19,220 square meters and accommodating 353 cars, a ground
floor (commercial) covering 16,970 square meters, and a first floor (upper
garage) measuring 15,800 square meters and capable of holding 280 cars.
Additionally, the project features two residential towers intended for
residents of the Maspero Triangle area who have opted to return following the
development. Each residential tower comprises 18 floors with a total of 468
residential units.
The Maspero Triangle area also includes a third tower reaching 23 residential floors and offering 134 residential units, as well as a fourth tower designated for administrative purposes.
