The meeting aimed to review the company's progress in marketing New Urban Communities Authority projects, with the attendance of ministry and authority officials.
He discussed plans to maximize and develop the role of real estate marketing and development companies. The goal is to transition their role from solely marketing real estate to active participation in urban development projects, in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority. This aligns with the ministry's ongoing efforts to leverage these companies' capabilities and optimize resource utilization to achieve development objectives.
El-Sherbiny listened to a detailed explanation on the company's current plans to market housing projects implemented by the Ministry of Housing through the New Urban Communities Authority. He emphasized the importance of adhering to marketing plan timelines, conducting regular monitoring and evaluation to achieve desired goals, maximize the utilization of the authority's housing stock, and maximize financial returns.
