The consolidated financial statements of Fawry for Banking Technology and Electronic Payments revealed that the company's profits increased by 114.35% year-on-year during the past year.
In a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange today, Sunday, the company clarified that it achieved profits of 1.74 billion Egyptian pounds in 2024, compared to profits of 815.96 million Egyptian pounds in 2023, taking into account minority rights.
Fawry's revenues increased to 5.51 billion Egyptian pounds during the past year, compared to 3.27 billion Egyptian pounds in the previous year.
