Egyptian banks off Wednesday, January 1st

The Central Bank of Egypt announced today, Sunday, that due to the end of the fiscal year for all banks operating in Egypt on December 31, 2024, all banks will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

Normal banking operations will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
