AllCall enters Egyptian market

AllCall, a global smartphone brand, has officially entered the Egyptian market under the slogan "Made in Egypt," through its exclusive agent, JIT. This move underscores the company's commitment to expanding its presence in the Middle East and Africa region.

This step aligns with AllCall's strategy to bolster local manufacturing and offer competitively priced smart devices that cater to diverse consumer needs.

Abdel Hamid Metwally, CEO of AllCall in the Egyptian market, affirmed the company's perception of Egypt as a strategic market, emphasizing their intent to solidify their presence through investments in local manufacturing.

Metwally said: “We have already started our manufacturing operations in Assiut and are currently working on establishing a new factory in Ismailia within the next six months, in a major step towards localizing the smartphone industry in Egypt. This aims to enhance the slogan "Made in Egypt" and make Egypt a regional hub for manufacturing and export.”

He further elaborated, "Our phones in Egypt are priced between 3,200 and 7,000 Egyptian pounds, with guaranteed availability across all distribution channels throughout the governorates."

Metwally emphasized the company's commitment to providing a distinguished experience for users through after-sales services, saying: “We provide a 12-month warranty on all our phones, in addition to a 100-day screen replacement warranty for damaged screens. To ensure the highest levels of service, we have contracted with Raya Company for maintenance and technical support services.”

Metwally concluded his speech by emphasizing the company's future aspirations: “We aim to achieve a market share of 5% in Egypt by the end of 2025, and are actively developing our manufacturing capabilities to reinforce the 'Made in Egypt' brand.  We aspireto make Egypt a regional hub for export to North Africa, with plans to expand into the markets of Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, and Africa.”
