The contract was signed by Dr. Mohamed Onsy Al-Bashouti, Vice Chairman of the company's board of directors, and Engineer Mohamed Tolba, Managing Director of the Arab Contractors Company in Uganda, along with the CEO of the Ugandan Roads Authority and other officials.

Dr. Al-Bashouti and Engineer Tolba emphasized the company's successful track record in Uganda, having completed four road projects totaling 160 kilometers in the past five years. They also noted ongoing internal road projects in Pallisa and Kumi, valued at $34 million.
