Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced the start of delivering Phase Nine social housing plots in Al-Kawthar neighborhood, Sadat City, from April 6 to June 4, 2025. These plots were allocated via public lottery.
