New real estate export council established in Egypt, led by prominent developer Talaat Moustafa

Engineer Hassan Al-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, has decided to establish a real estate investment export council. This council will include a number of owners of real estate investment companies in the Egyptian market.

The real estate investment export council includes a representative from the Talaat Moustafa Group, Hisham Shoukry from the Roya Real Estate Investment Company, Fathallah Fawzy from the Mina Real Estate Investment Company, and Ahmed Shalaby from the Tatweer Real Estate Investment Company.

The council also includes Walid Mokhtar from the Iwan Real Estate Investment Company, Mohamed Allam from the Abna Hassan Allam Contracting Company, a representative from the Misr City for Housing and Urban Development Company, Ahmed Hussein Sabour from the Ahli Sabour for Real Estate Development Company, Ayman Amer from the SODIC Company, and Ibrahim El-Messiry from the Soma Bay Company.

In a separate context, Engineer Hassan Al-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, announced the features of the new program to refund export burdens during the weekly press conference held by Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister.

The Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade explained that the foundations laid for the new program include scheduling all outstanding arrears until March 1, 2024, through the Ministry of Finance, with the option of offsetting any government dues - taxes, fees, and others.
