Beta Egypt for Urban Development is gearing up to launch a new residential project in 6th of October City. This move follows the successful completion of their Beta Greens New Cairo project in Mostakbal City.
Engineer Alaa Fekry, Chairman of
the Board of Directors at Beta Egypt, confirmed that the company is in advanced
negotiations with the New Urban Communities Authority to acquire a 20-acre plot
of land in 6th of October City through a direct contract. Once the land
allocation process is finalized, the company plans to unveil the project in the
near future.
Fekry emphasized that the new project will be an integrated urban development offering a comprehensive range of services. Additionally, Beta Egypt is actively exploring investment opportunities in both East Cairo and the North Coast.
