Prime Minister, Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, along with his entourage, toured the "Oasis View" project in Nasr City, Cairo Governorate on Saturday, a development overseen by the Urban Development Fund.
At the project site, Madbouly emphasized the government's
commitment to providing diverse housing options that cater to the needs of
citizens across various income levels. He highlighted the state's development
plans, which aim to create integrated residential communities with essential
services to enhance the overall quality of life.
Engineer Khaled Seddiq, Chairman of the Board of Directors of
the Urban Development Fund, provided an overview of the project. Built on a
40-acre site, the "Oasis View" complex comprises 54 buildings with a
total of 2,528 housing units, each spanning ground and 11 additional floors.
The project's amenities include 76 commercial units ranging
from 120 to 370 square meters, six sports fields, a mosque, a nursery, a health
club, green spaces, six surface parking areas, and two basement garages.
The Prime Minister personally inspected several housing unit
models, as well as the project's mosque. He commended the high quality and
efficiency of the construction and underscored the significance of the
integrated service and recreational facilities within the development.
It is worth noting that the booking process for the "Oasis View" project has commenced, and it has already garnered considerable interest from citizens.
