Knauf Egypt, a leading provider of modern building systems and solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Hassan Allam Construction to offer new services and products in the Egyptian construction market.
According to a statement, Knauf Egypt will supply Hassan Allam with all modern construction materials, including gypsum boards, metal profiles, and associated accessories, as well as joint compounds, cement boards, and other building systems.
The company will also provide technical support
for more than 100 projects in the coming period. This move aligns with Egypt's
Vision 2030 and the growing trend towards green building and sustainable
investments, encompassing residential, commercial, healthcare, and other
projects.
Mina Wageh, Commercial Director at Knauf Egypt,
stated that the company exports its products to more than 13 countries in Asia,
Africa, and Europe and plans to double its production capacity by next year
with a direct investment of 80 million euros.
Wageh added that Knauf Egypt has established
two training centers with an investment of 600,000 euros. These centers receive
approximately 4,000 trainees annually, offering free courses targeting
construction professionals. The courses aim to equip trainees with the latest
building systems and technologies, in cooperation with the German Agency for
International Cooperation (GIZ).
