Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the Saudi Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, inaugurated the second edition of the Cityscape Global Exhibition today, Monday. This exhibition is recognized as the world's largest real estate event.
Held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in the Malham district, north of the Saudi capital, Riyadh, the exhibition will run until November 14th. Its activities and events are themed "The Future of Life."
The exhibition is a collaborative
effort between the Saudi General Authority for Real Estate, the Housing Program
(a key component of the Kingdom's Vision 2030), and is organized by Tahaluf
Company, Informa Global Company, NEOM, and other entities.
The exhibition witnesses the
participation of a distinguished group of experts and specialists, including Mohammed
Al-Batty, CEO of the National Housing Company in the Kingdom, EUROCITIES' Andre
Sobchak, and many other speakers.
The exhibition also hosts a real
estate investors' forum, bringing together 150 investors from 22 countries to
foster cooperation in investment projects.
Notably, the first edition of Cityscape Global successfully attracted investments exceeding 110 billion Saudi Riyals.
