Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhy congratulated Egyptian youth on topping the Forbes Middle East 2024 list of the most influential young people under 30, with a remarkable 48 young Egyptians making the cut.

The Minister emphasized that having 48 Egyptians on the Forbes list is a significant achievement that inspires all Egyptian youth. It demonstrates their unwavering determination and perseverance to excel in diverse fields. This accomplishment is clear evidence of the ability of Egyptian youth to compete at the highest global standards.

Egyptians are the most prominent group on the Forbes list, with 48 individuals recognized across various sectors, including sports and entertainment, science and technology, social impact, and commerce and finance.

In the field of sports and entertainment, the list includes Olympic champion Ahmed El-Gendy, Olympic champion Mohamed El-Sayed, Paralympic champion Fatma Alian, Paralympic champion Mohamed El-Meniawy, football player Omar Marmoush, Noura Zeid, and Saleh El-Nawawy.

In the field of science and technology, the list includes Ahmed Farouk, Ahmed Nassar, Mohamed Abu El-Gheit, Nada Raafat El-Kharashi, Nadine Younis, Omar Zagloul, Mohamed El-Moatasem, Salma Youssef, and Tarek Mokhtar.
