The real estate registry in the New Administrative Capital has finalized the procedures for registering the first piece of land within the city. This land, located in the third residential district, R3, spans a total area of 1016.15 feddans.
The registered land is a fully integrated residential neighborhood, divided into 8 distinct districts. It encompasses service plots for developers and incorporates a diverse range of properties, including residential buildings, villas, and facilities for administrative and commercial purposes.
Engineer Khaled Mahmoud Abbas, representing the New Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company, affirmed the company's commitment to delivering comprehensive services to citizens in the New Administrative Capital, including essential real estate registry services. He highlighted the crucial role of property registration in safeguarding real estate transactions, mitigating legal disputes, and promoting transparency within the property market.
