Misr Italia Properties has launched a new residential offering within its Il Bosco City project in Mostakbal City. The offering includes apartments and villas.
According to a company statement,
the new launch, named B-Spaces, aims to meet customer needs by providing
flexible unit planning and space utilization. The offering includes apartments
ranging from 76 to 127 square meters, duplex units starting from 212 square
meters, townhouses starting from 239 square meters, and new twin houses
measuring 257 square meters. The collection also includes "Spring"
villas starting from 282 square meters.
Misr Italia Properties stated
that the B-Spaces collection primarily focuses on maximizing space utilization
to suit the needs of different families. Rooms can be converted into
multi-purpose spaces, allowing residents to make the most of the available
space.
Misr Italia Properties has a land portfolio of 7.1 million square meters and includes 11 residential, nine commercial, and five hotel projects. In addition to Il Bosco City, the company's portfolio includes renowned developments such as La Nuova Vista, Garden 8, Cairo Business Park, Kai, and Solare Ras El Hekma project on the North Coast.
