Talaat Moustafa Group has announced a strategic partnership with Abou Ghaly Motors (AGM) to provide integrated mobility services in Madinaty. AGM will become the official transportation provider for Madinaty residents. As part of the partnership, a showroom complex for Geely and AGM cars has been opened in "The Strip", the latest shopping center in Madinaty.
The opening ceremony was
attended by Mr. Maher Abou Ghaly, Chairman of AGM Group, Engineer Mohamed Abou
Ghaly, Member of the Board of Directors of AGM Group, and Mr. Omar Hisham Talaat,
CEO of Business Development at Talaat Moustafa Group, in addition to a number
of executives from both companies.
On the opening occasion, Omar Hisham Talaat confirmed that
collaborating with AGM Group aligns with Madinaty's strategy to attract leading
businesses across various sectors. This partnership aims to fulfill the needs
of both Madinaty residents and neighboring areas.
Talaat added that AGM Motors' showrooms have been opened in The Strip, Madinaty's latest commercial hub. Encompassing 115 units with a spacious 28,000 square meters, The Strip offers a comprehensive lifestyle experience for Madinaty and East Cairo residents. From restaurants and cafes to banks, car showrooms, gyms, pharmacies, bakeries, libraries, jewelry stores, sportswear shops, and a variety of other businesses, The Strip caters to all residents' needs.
The Strip enjoys a prime location south of Madinaty, bordering Madinat Al Mostakbal and in close proximity to the New Administrative Capital. This makes it easily accessible by car, with a 10 to 20-minute drive from the Fifth Settlement and other areas of New Cairo. The Strip is conveniently situated near Suez Road and has direct access through Madinaty's 5th Gate from the Middle Ring Road.
Mr. Mohamed Abou Ghaly, the Managing Director of AGM Group expressed his delight in the collaboration with TMG. He emphasized AGM Group's commitment to providing Madinaty residents with their diverse range of integrated mobility solutions. He expressed his hope that this partnership marks the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship between the two groups.
Echoing this sentiment, Mr. Khaled Fathy, the Head of the Commercial Sector at TMG affirmed that The Strip project builds upon the success of the group's commercial ventures like Open Air Mall. He further highlighted the partnership with Abou Ghaly Motors Group as a commitment to delivering exceptional transportation services to Madinaty residents.

Qutb, the Vice
President of the Automotive Sector at Abou Ghaly Motors Group announced AGM as
the official transportation provider for Madinaty. This collaboration will
encompass two key services: Safe and convenient ridesharing through the
"London Cab" application, and flexible car rentals provided by
"Sixt International."
Furthermore,
AGM Group has already deployed electric London Cab vehicles across Madinaty .This
eco-friendly initiative aligns with the group's commitment to promoting
sustainable transportation solutions in urban communities, as these cabs
produce zero emissions.
Abou Ghaly Motors opened a 1,200-square-meter car showroom complex in The Strip. The showroom features two sections: Geely showcase displaying Geely's global car lineup, and a one-stop shop for customers to explore the diverse AGM Group brands where a team of experts in technology, sales, and customer service will guide them through the selection process.
