Suez Canal Bank's financial statements revealed a 148% year-on-year increase in profits for 2024. The bank reported profits of 5.68 billion pounds, compared to 2.29 billion pounds in 2023, according to a released statement.
The bank's net income from returns increased significantly over the past year. It rose to 5.54 billion pounds, a substantial jump from the 3.24 billion pounds earned in 2023.
The Suez Canal Bank has announced a significant increase in
profits for the first half of 2024. Total profits reached 1.8 billion pounds, a
substantial rise compared to 628.04 million pounds during the same period in
2023.
The bank also saw growth in other areas. Net income from
returns increased to EGP2.54 billion, up from EGP1.48 billion in the same
period last year.
The bank's net income from returns, fees, and commissions rose to EGP2.93 billion in the first half of this year, compared to EGP1.87 billion in the same period last year.
