Madinet Masr for Housing and Development announced that it achieved sales of 46.1 billion Egyptian pounds in 2024. The company sold 4,708 residential units during the year. Madinet Masr plans to develop its land portfolio of over 12.7 million square meters by building new residential and commercial projects.
Madinet Masr for Housing and Development reported a net profit after tax of 2.52 billion Egyptian pounds for the period from January to September 2024. This represents a significant increase compared to the 1.34 billion Egyptian pounds profit during the same period in 2023.
The sales also saw substantial growth, rising to 7.45 billion Egyptian pounds in the first nine months of 2024 from 4.69 billion Egyptian pounds in the corresponding period of the previous year.
