Talaat Moustafa Group Saudi Arabia hosted a group of Banan project clients at the project's sales center northeast of Riyadh in late February 2025. During the visit, clients were given the opportunity to observe the progress of construction and the latest on-site project developments.
Engineer Ahmed Saleh, the project manager, affirmed that construction is progressing rapidly on site, adhering to the established timelines for unit delivery. All grading work for the first three residential areas is complete, and foundation concrete work within the project's first phase is currently in progress. This aligns with TMG's commitment to ensuring Banan is move-in ready from day one, welcoming homeowners to their residences.
TMG has organized a visit to its Egyptian projects for Banan
clients who won the Group's competition at the Cityscape Global 2024
exhibition. The winners toured Madinaty in East Cairo, the largest privately
developed urban community in Egypt and the Middle East. Banan clients visited
key components of Madinaty, including the Sports and Social Club, the city's
control center, and Open Air Mall, one of Egypt's largest shopping and
entertainment destinations
The project's various elements drew admiration from
visitors. One Banan client highlighted Madinaty as an integrated community with
a full range of educational, sports, and leisure facilities, making Banan in
Riyadh an attractive option for prospective homeowners.
