Sodic unveils EDNC: New commercial hub in New Cairo this September

Sodic Real Estate Development Company is set to unveil its EDNC commercial project in New Cairo this September. The project, situated along 90th Street in close proximity to the American University in Cairo (AUC), will feature a vibrant mix of restaurants, entertainment venues, and the globally renowned Nobu Restaurant and Hotel, with the restaurant scheduled to open in early 2025.

Ayman Amer, Managing Director of Sodic, stated that the EDNC project encompasses a total area of 14,765 square meters, envisioned to serve the entire East Cairo region, while simultaneously augmenting the company's recurring revenue streams and non-residential projects.
