The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the launch of the official website and executive steps for the "Your Home in Egypt" initiative, which enables Egyptians residing abroad to reserve and purchase housing units in 12 distinguished projects within the first phase of the initiative, with exclusive features and multiple facilitations.
This initiative comes in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to provide investment opportunities for Egyptians abroad and enhance their benefit from the urban development that Egypt has witnessed over the past ten years.
The first phase includes the offering of 5,055 diverse
housing units and villas, including units ready for immediate delivery and
others that will be delivered successively until the end of 2025. The offered
units cater to various income brackets and economic levels.
The initiative offers discounts ranging from 3% to 10% off
the market-announced unit prices. It provides various payment systems extending
up to 10 years.
The website provides an integrated digital experience,
including remote unit visits via virtual tour technology.
The website includes all information related to housing
projects, reservation terms, and secure payment options (bank transfers, ATMs,
bank cards).
The participating projects include: Arabesque in Cairo, Capital
Residence D2 and Capital Residence Promenade D2 in the New Administrative
Capital, New Garden City in the New Administrative Capital, Madinaty in New
Cairo, Valley Towers East in New Obour, Saba in 6th of October City, Valley Towers
in Hadaeq October, Bliss Gates in Sheikh Zayed City, Beach Front Towers and Latin
Quarter in New Alamein, and Zahya in New Mansoura.
Minister of Housing, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, confirmed
that the initiative reflects the state's interest in supporting Egyptians
abroad and facilitating their ownership of housing units in Egypt.
He pointed out that the initiative aims to provide diverse housing options and an easy and secure reservation experience. He added that this phase is the beginning of a series of future offerings that meet the various needs of Egyptians abroad.
