According to Counselor Rady Moustafa Rady, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Torek Real Estate Development Company, the company achieved 186 million Egyptian pounds in real estate activity revenues during 2024.
Rady added that the contractual sales achieved by the company during the past year amounted to 3.183 billion Egyptian pounds, which led to growth in its business results, as equity recorded 601 million Egyptian pounds, while the company's net profits reached 87 million Egyptian pounds.
He continued that Torek Company focused during the past
period on intensifying construction work on the projects it is developing for
itself and for the New Urban Communities Authority, pointing out that the
company is currently implementing 3 projects, which are the
"T-Square" project, a commercial mall in Sheikh Zayed, the
"Steps" project, an administrative mall in Sheikh Zayed, in addition
to the "T-Pearle" compound, an integrated urban project in the Green
Belt in Sixth of October.
He continued that Torek Company is also developing and marketing units for the New Urban Communities Authority in the Saba projects in Sixth of October, Bliss Gate in Sheikh Zayed City, and The Address in New Cairo City.
