Dr. Mohamed KhalafAllah, head of the Tourist Villages Authority, along with Deputy Head Engineer Amr Mohey, Assistant Head Engineer Mina Raafat, and other officials, inspected the construction progress at Marina 8. The inspection focused on the implementation of 917 units, including villas, chalets, and residential buildings.
KhalafAllah explained that the inspection follows directives from Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, aimed at monitoring ongoing work and advancing development plans across North Coast tourism villages.
He emphasized that the companies involved must fully adhere to the required specifications and quality standards according to the project's timeline. He directed them to address any obstacles to ensure the Ministry of Housing’s plan is followed for completing and delivering the project on time. KhalafAllah mentioned that the inspection also included reviewing the status and planned works for the utilities and roads within the project, ensuring the regularity of work progress, and confirming adherence to t the agreed-upon quality and schedule.
