Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced yesterday, Friday, the commencement of the delivery of a new batch of units from the Sakan Misr project (Exhibition Land Area - First Zone) in New Cairo. Additionally, a new batch of units from the project's "Second Zone" will be delivered starting Sunday, March 23, 2025, according to the announcement from the city's authority.
Engineer Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, clarified that the handover in the First Zone will take place for serial numbers (3 - 4 - 5) of the first phase, and serial number 2 of the phases following the first phase, as follows:

He added that applicants who win residential units should proceed to the Housing and Development Bank, Nasr City branch (2 Abbas Al-Akkad Street), to complete the contracting procedures at the bank. Subsequently, go to the city’s authority (at the city center located behind the water station in the South 90th Street), with the original bank letter and a copy of the signed checks, in order to register the data on the network, and receive a letter to the site to inspect and receive the unit.
