Minister of Military Production: Industry drives economy

Minister of State for Military Production, Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Moustafa, stressed the pivotal role of industry in bolstering the economy. He further stated that the coming period represents a critical phase during which the process of production, construction, and development must be continued. This came during his meeting with employees of the Ministry and the National Authority for Military Production.

During the meeting, the Minister extended his sincere congratulations to all employees of the Military Production Ministry on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, expressing his wishes for good health and happiness for them and their families, and for security, prosperity, and stability for Egypt.

He added that this blessed occasion instills in people the values ​​of hard work and diligence and represents an incentive for everyone to continue their efforts and dedication to enhance the role of the Ministry of Military Production. This includes supplying the valiant armed forces with diverse products from its affiliated companies—ammunition, weapons, equipment, and advanced electronic systems—all vital for safeguarding Egypt's security and its people.

He also emphasized the need to continue tireless efforts to maximize the vital role of military production companies and units as one of the country's most important industrial pillar, contributing to the country's progress and development efforts by manufacturing high-quality civilian products at competitive prices, in addition to participating in the implementation of numerous national projects that benefit citizens.

He commended the efforts of the Ministry's employees, the Authority, and its affiliated companies and units over the past period, which have contributed to implementing the Ministry's vision and desired goals for developing the military production sector, improving performance, and increasing productivity. He expressed his aspiration for further successes.

At the end of the meeting, the Minister encouraged all employees to work as a team, emphasizing his belief in the important role of the dedicated human element within the Military Production sector, who represent the backbone of the production process. The Ministry invests in their development through skills, and train them in the latest manufacturing technologies. He noted that the Ministry has recently succeeded in implementing governance procedures to organize work, rationalize expenses, and make optimal use of available resources: technological, human, or infrastructure. He called on all employees to share their ideas and suggestions for developing the production process and improving the work environment across the various affiliated entities.
