The minister emphasized the deep
and enduring relationship between Egypt and the UAE. He highlighted the
abundant investment opportunities available in Egypt's supply chain sector,
including silos, storage facilities, strategic warehouses, logistics centers,
food processing industries, and retail outlets. The Minister expressed optimism
about continued collaboration with Emirati investors.
Dr. Farouk commended the
significant progress made in Egyptian-Emirati relations across various sectors.
He highlighted the strong fraternal ties between the two countries and
emphasized the Egyptian government's commitment to strengthening cooperation. He
further noted the Egyptian market's immense potential for investment in various
fields, positioning it as the largest market in the Middle East.
Her Excellency Ambassador Maryam Khalifa Al Kaabi extended her congratulations to the minister on his new appointment. She commended Egypt's comprehensive development efforts and emphasized the importance of UAE-Egypt joint investments. Al Kaabi expressed her country's keen interest in supporting projects that align with sustainable development goals, particularly those focused on food security.
