Aluminium Company of Egypt financial indicators for the first half of the current fiscal year reveal a 114% year-on-year surge in profits, driven by revenue growth.
The company reported a net profit of EGP7.35 billion from the beginning of July to the end of December 2024, compared to EGP3.43 billion for the same period last fiscal year. Revenues for the first six months of the current fiscal year rose to EGP21.5 billion, up from EGP13.3 billion in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
For the first three months of the current fiscal year (July to September 2024), Egypt Aluminum's net profit reached EGP4.23 billion, a significant increase from the EGP1.63 billion profit reported during the same period last year. The company's revenues also saw substantial growth, rising to EGP11.33 billion from EGP5.99 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
