Madinet Masr to invest 650 million EGP in Sarai project expansion

Madinet Masr Development Company is poised to initiate new construction works at its Sarai project in East Cairo, through SCAD company. The estimated value of these works is 650 million Egyptian pounds.

As stated by the company, this agreement aligns with Madinet Masr Development's vision of creating sustainable communities that meet the aspirations of its customers. The company aims to expedite the pace of its projects and adhere to the established timeline.

Under the agreement, SCAD will undertake the construction of residential buildings, landscaping, fences, and sewage systems for gardens in the Croons area within the Sarai project, spanning an area of 26,000 square meters. The construction works are anticipated to last for a year from the contract signing date.

Engineer Abdullah Salam, CEO and Managing Director of Madinet Masr Development, stated that the company prioritizes collaborating with efficient and experienced partners such as SCAD. He emphasized the company's belief in the importance of delivering projects that add value to the Egyptian real estate market by creating integrated communities that contribute to the national economy.
