SODIC, a prominent real estate developer, has unveiled its new commercial project, Matcha, within the Caesar development in Ras El Hekma, North Coast. Alongside Matcha, the company is offering Good Days hotel units, featuring innovative hospitality concepts.
Matcha boasts a diverse array of
specialty restaurants, shopping experiences, and entertainment venues. Good
Days, on the other hand, offers a collection of hotel apartments designed to
meet the needs of guests and visitors.
Ayman Amer, Managing Director of
SODIC, stated, 'Matcha provides Caesar with a competitive edge, further
enhanced by its prime location in the heart of Ras El Hekma. SODIC's introduction
of new hospitality and retail concepts within its projects aligns with our
ongoing commitment to developing integrated communities.
SODIC's recent expansions in the retail and hospitality sectors include agreements for five new hotels in three key markets: West and East Cairo, and the North Coast. These expansions feature three Nobu hotels and two Tribute Portfolio hotels. Additionally, SODIC's largest commercial project, EDNC, is scheduled to launch in East Cairo in September.
