Al Qamzi Real Estate Company has signed a contract with Elsewedy Utilities, the operational arm of Elsewedy Electric, for the supply and distribution of electrical power to the electricity distribution network of the Eastshire project, which Al Qamzi is developing in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement.
According to the agreement
between the two companies, Elsewedy Utilities will be responsible for reviewing
and approving the designs of the electricity distribution network within the
Eastshire project at both medium and low voltage levels. It will also be
responsible for the management, operation, maintenance, and repair of faults in
the electricity distribution network and its related tasks, starting from
compound meters to individual subscriber meters, including maintenance,
repairs, and billing.
The Eastshire project is being built in the Fifth Settlement on an area of 26 acres. The built-up area in the project does not exceed 18% of the total land area and includes approximately 237 villas and townhouses with several service areas.
