Housing Minister meets with 10th of Ramadan investors

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, met Tuesday evening, with the president and members of the Investors Association in 10th of Ramadan City, to hear their requests and proposals, aiming to accelerate development in the City.

The meeting was held in the presence of Engineer Amin Ghoneim, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Development and City Development Sector, Dr. Hassan Al-Shorbagy, Vice President of the Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, and officials of the Authority.

The Minister of Housing emphasized the crucial role of investors' associations in the development of new cities, highlighting their status as essential partners. He reiterated the Egyptian government's commitment, represented by the Ministry of Housing, to creating a conducive investment environment that fosters development in various sectors of these new cities. This commitment is demonstrated through the provision of diverse investment opportunities across various fields, tailored to meet the needs of different investor segments

El-Sherbiny emphasized the Ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and the new cities authorities' commitment to providing comprehensive support to investors' associations. To facilitate this support, a committee has been established, chaired by the Deputy Chairman of the Authority for the Development and Development of Cities. The committee includes representatives from investors' associations in the new cities, chairmen of city authorities or their deputies, and specialists from the Authority. This collaborative effort aims to address challenges and ensure the sustainable development of new cities.

During the meeting, the Minister attentively listened to the presentations made by the chairman and members of the Investors' Association in the 10th of Ramadan City. The association representatives shared various requests and proposals, expressing their gratitude and appreciation to the minister for his willingness to meet with them and address their concerns.
