Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) held a graduation ceremony to award training certificates to 2000 students from public and international universities. These students completed summer internships across various departments within the group, including finance, banking, human resources, marketing and sales, maintenance, customer service, engineering, landscaping, technical management, information technology and systems, smart cities, and other newly introduced specializations in the training program since last year, such as project management supervision, hotel equipment, city devices, and commercial centers.
Talaat Moustafa Holding Group
prioritized a comprehensive and effective training experience for students. To
achieve this, they implemented a scientific curriculum, encouraged active
student participation in practical projects, and employed state-of-the-art
360-degree evaluation systems to assess program effectiveness. As Dr. Moustafa
Abdel Rab, Managing Director of the Training Department at TMG, attested, these
measures were designed to maximize student learning and development.
Dr. Abdel Rab added that the
Group’s commitment to social responsibility extends to providing valuable
practical training opportunities for university students during each summer. By
participating in diverse Group projects, students gain hands-on experience that
significantly enhances their marketability in the job market, ultimately
contributing to the development of the community.
The ceremony recognized exceptional students from the Metwally El-Shaarawy School of Applied Technology, a school where Talaat Moustafa Group serves as the industrial partner. Specializing in architectural finishes, sanitary networks, refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical work, the Group offers invaluable scientific and technical support to the school's students. Moreover, the Group provides practical training opportunities within its projects and extends job offers to outstanding graduates, fostering a strong connection between academia and industry.
During the certificate awarding
ceremony, numerous students expressed their enthusiasm for the practical
training they received at TMG companies. They highlighted the valuable
practical experience and new life skills they acquired during the training
period, which effectively bridged the gap between their theoretical university studies
and the demands of the real-world workplace.
