Engineer Abdallah Sallam, CEO and Managing Director of Madinet Masr Company, announced that the company plans to expand its non-residential activities in the coming period, while continuing to work on its residential projects and launching new ones.
Salam added that administrative
and commercial activities are a significant focus for the company at present,
exemplified by the recent launch of its large commercial project,
"Tajed." He highlighted that project integration is a crucial aspect
of sustainability, alongside environmental considerations. He further
emphasized the importance of providing comprehensive project integration, a
focus the company adopted at the end of last year.
Salam explained that the company is diversifying its investment portfolio. It has already ventured into education by establishing a specialized sports and education company with expert participation. Additionally, the company has launched 'Tajed,' its inaugural commercial and administrative project in Sarai and Taj City, and plans to expand this initiative to other projects. Furthermore, the company has launched a sports club and an affiliated school, building upon the opening of a school last year. The company is currently meticulously evaluating medical and hotel aspects.
