During a dialogue session with Bahrain's Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Engineer Amina bint Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, at the Cityscape Exhibition in Riyadh, Minister ElSherbiny discussed Egypt's ambitious projects under President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. Key projects include the New Administrative Capital's central business district and parks, as well as the pioneering New Alamein City on the North Coast.
ElSherbiny extended an invitation to global investors, particularly from Gulf nations, to explore Egypt's real estate opportunities. He also highlighted the government's commitment to sharing its urban expertise with Arab and African countries, while facilitating foreign property ownership through various incentives.
