The second edition of the Cityscape Global Exhibition, currently being hosted in Saudi Arabia, has successfully launched a number of strategic projects and agreements worth over 180 billion Saudi Riyals.
Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the
Saudi Minister of Municipality and Housing, announced that this amount
surpasses by more than 50% what was achieved in the first edition. He pointed
out that this increase reflects the rapid growth witnessed by the real estate
sector in the Kingdom and the doubling of the number of local real estate
developers participating in this edition of the exhibition, with more than 100
developers taking part.
It is worth noting that the Cityscape Global Exhibition 2024 will conclude tomorrow, Thursday. Its activities have been held over the past few days with extensive Egyptian participation at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in the Mleihim area, north of the Saudi capital, Riyadh. The exhibition is sponsored by the Saudi Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate and the Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030.
