The Arab Kuwaiti Group, led by CEO Tarek Eid, is embarking on an ambitious project in Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt, with a total investment of 10 billion Egyptian pounds. This integrated hotel and administrative development is designed to elevate Egypt's tourism and economic landscape.
The centerpiece of the project is a luxury hotel, developed in partnership with the global workspace provider IWG. This collaboration will bring world-class hospitality and flexible workspaces to the city.
By attracting global brands and
high-net-worth individuals, the project aims to contribute to Egypt's 2030
vision and position Sheikh Zayed City as a thriving destination for business
and leisure.
The Group will provide hotel units that attract a select group of investors and global tourists. The project will also include shared workspaces equipped with the latest technologies.
