On the sidelines of his participation on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in the 22nd edition of Doha Forum 2024, Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly met today, Sunday, with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Prime Minister of Qatar, in the presence of Amr El-Sherbiny, Egyptian Ambassador to Doha.
At the outset of the meeting, Prime Minister Madbouly emphasized Egypt's strong commitment to supporting and enhancing collaborative efforts across various sectors. He specifically highlighted the importance of Qatari investments in numerous sectors within Egypt, emphasizing the shared understanding between the political leadership of both nations regarding the expansion of bilateral cooperation frameworks.
The Prime Minister expressed his
desire to strengthen communication between the two countries in the coming
period to effectively implement the various visions and proposals discussed. He
noted the abundance of promising investment opportunities in Egypt that he
eagerly anticipates exploring in collaboration with his Qatari counterparts.
For his part, the Prime Minister of Qatar affirmed the depth of relations between the two countries and the keenness of both sides to strengthen these relations.
At the same time, he expressed his aspiration to deepen bilateral cooperation and increase joint investments for the mutual benefit of both nations.
