MTA negotiating acquisition of projects in Oman, Malaysia

MTA Engineering Consultancy is actively pursuing international expansion by engaging in negotiations with government entities and investors in Oman and Malaysia for potential project contracts. Engineer Mohamed Talaat, Chairman of the Board, confirmed this strategic move, emphasizing its alignment with the company's broader goal of expanding its reach both domestically and internationally.

Talaat added that the office is prioritizing projects outside Egypt during this period, in addition to its ongoing work in Egypt as its primary market, due to its significant momentum. He explained that the office has contracted for a tower in Saudi Arabia, a commercial project in Gazan, and a project related to mobile networks in Riyadh.

He continued that the projects contracted by the office, both inside and outside Egypt, are distributed across projects for the private sector, as well as in partnership between the state and developers and residential and administrative projects with the state itself. He noted that the office's moves outside Egypt include focusing on the Saudi market, specifically in Riyadh and Jeddah, and the office is also working on projects in Chad.

In 2023, MTA Engineering Consultancy has successfully secured contracts for 16 projects, spanning residential, administrative, and commercial sectors. These projects are strategically distributed across key regions within Egypt, including the New Administrative Capital, East Cairo, West Cairo, and the North Coast.
