Imkan Misr, a real estate development company, has entrusted MQR with the responsibility of providing administrative solutions and office spaces to companies in the 'The Bridge Business Park' within the 'The Bridge' project in New Heliopolis, East Cairo.
According to the agreement between the two companies, MQR will obtain an area of approximately 1,465 square meters within 'The Bridge Business Park' where it will provide companies with everything necessary to manage their projects and businesses, including administrative, legal, and financial services.
The administrative and commercial
area within the 'The Bridge' project, known as 'The Bridge Business Park', is
built on a total area of 100,000 square meters and consists of 9 buildings,
each with 5 floors, dedicated to companies.
The total area of the 'The Bridge' project is 5 million square meters, and it includes residential, administrative, commercial, medical, and recreational activities, in addition to a hotel component.
