Kayan Real Estate Development Company has launched its new project, 'C’est La Vie,' in Sheikh Zayed City, spanning an area of 7,000 square meters, according to Engineer Ahmed Tolba, the company's chairman. He indicated that the company's portfolio now includes 8 projects in West Cairo.
Tolba added that Kayan is collaborating with the engineering consultancy firm 'OCE' for the project's design, as well as with 'TSM' for management and operations, to oversee the management and leasing of commercial brands for the project, a specialized company in this field.
He noted that the project is a
commercial, administrative, and medical complex, developed following studies
conducted by the company on the needs of this area and the growing demand for
such projects.
Engineer Ahmed Tolba pointed out that Kayan Real Estate Development possesses more than 7 projects in West Cairo, including 'Twin Plaza' in the first district of 6th of October City, which has been fully sold and is more than 80% complete, the 'Hub 22' project in New October, the 'Zayed 49' project in Sheikh Zayed, the 'Plaza Vida' project in the first district of 6th of October, and the 'Hub 44' project in New October. The company has a diverse portfolio of commercial projects located in prime locations, ensuring the highest return for customers.
