Nasser Bank open Wednesday for pensions

To facilitate pension disbursements during the Christmas holiday, Minister of Social Solidarity Dr. Maya Morsy has directed all Nasser Social Bank branches nationwide to remain open on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

The Minister of Social Solidarity emphasized the state's commitment to easing the pension disbursement process for beneficiaries. To achieve this, the bank prioritizes customer convenience by expanding service outlets, particularly given its large customer base exceeding two million.

Pensions will be accessible through the bank's 98 branches nationwide. Additionally, beneficiaries can withdraw their pensions from ATMs, including those operated by the bank and through the 123 system. The 123 system enables withdrawals using a Nasser Social Bank card at ATMs of other banks or at Fawry company branches.

Osama El-Sayed, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, announced that bank branches will be open from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM on the specified day. Branch managers and employees have been instructed to maintain cash supply in ATMs. Additionally, pension disbursements will be available through Fawry and Fawry Plus outlets, leading providers of electronic payment and financial services. The bank has emphasized the importance of smooth and efficient pension distribution, addressing any operational challenges and promptly responding to customer inquiries.
