Mohamed Talaat Architects (MTA) successfully contracted 35 engineering consultancy projects last year, according to Engineer Mohamed Talaat, the chairman of the company.
These projects encompass architectural and interior design, as well as project management, and are strategically located across various new cities within Egypt and extend internationally. The combined investment value of these projects surpasses 400 billion Egyptian pounds.
Talaat emphasized that MTA's
portfolio boasts approximately 500 completed projects across both domestic and
international markets, reflecting the company's extensive experience since its
inception in 1999.
He continued that over the past five years, MTA has collaborated with more than 50 prominent real estate developers," he continued. "These partnerships have spanned a diverse range of residential, administrative, and commercial projects across key locations such as New Cairo, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, and the New Administrative Capital.
