In line with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources' strategy to expand the international reach of Egyptian petroleum companies, Egypt Maintenance Company (EMC), also known as "San Misr," has successfully completed 27 years of providing leading maintenance solutions and development works across the Middle East and Gulf region.
Within a year of opening its branch in Saudi Arabia, Engineer Khaled Ibrahim, Chairman and Managing Director, signed a strategic partnership agreement with Azhar for Services and Contracting, one of the largest contracting companies in Saudi Arabia, during his visit to the Kingdom from January 6 to 9, 2025.
This agreement aims to foster
collaboration between the two companies in maintenance and technical services,
paving the way for future joint ventures.
During the visit, Engineer Khaled Ibrahim met with Dr. Rakan Muwaffaq Omar Azhar, Chairman and Managing Director of Azhar for Services and Contracting. Engineer Ibrahim emphasized that this partnership represents a significant step towards expanding Egypt Maintenance Company's business in the Saudi market. This collaboration will contribute to the company's broader goal of expanding its international presence and serving as an ambassador for the Egyptian petroleum sector by providing comprehensive maintenance and technical services across the Middle East and Gulf region.
