Ostool Securities Trading Company announced that El-Taybat Contracting has acquired a 5.15% stake in Utopia Real Estate Investment and Tourism Company. According to a company statement, El-Taybat Contracting purchased 155,000 shares of Utopia Real Estate Investment for a total of 4.84 million pounds, at an average price of 31.29 pounds per share.
Conversely, Ahmed Ezz El-Din Zein reduced his stake in Utopia Real Estate Investment from 24.63% to 19.46%.
Utopia Real Estate Investment and Tourism reported a net profit of 12.51 million pounds for the period from January to the end of September 2024, compared to 14.31 million pounds during the same period in 2023.
