Scope International Engineering, a subsidiary of the Saudi Al Swailem Group, has launched its first project in Mokattam Corniche, named A40, with a 5 billion Egyptian pound investment, according to CEO Alaa Khedr.
Khedr added, during the conference held by the company earlier, that the project is a 14,000 square meter commercial center featuring retail units, administrative spaces, and medical facilities. It consists of a ground floor and four additional floors, plus a garage covering the entire project area.
He stated the company is using cutting-edge global shopping
center management trends to enhance the shopping experience and provide an
integrated system for entrepreneurs, partnering with international consulting
firms.
CEO of Scope emphasized the project represents a successful model of state and global developer investment, positively impacting the national economy. He added that the project aligns with the new republic's vision, which is evident in the recent road and infrastructure development in Mokattam.
