Talaat Moustafa stock surges, leading Egyptian market higher

Shares of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding recorded an increase in trading on the Egyptian stock exchange this Thursday morning, ranking among the leading stocks during the trading session.

The Group's shares rose 0.67% on the Egyptian Stock Exchange Thursday morning, becoming one of the day's top performers. The stock closed at 59.7 Egyptian pounds.

Among the most prominent stocks that recorded increases during the trading session were: the Commercial International Bank (CIB) share, up 0.48% to 81.39 pounds, and Mobco Group, which surged 3.7% to 43.15 pounds.

El Sewedy Electric Company also saw a strong performance, climbing 1.39% to 89.73 pounds. Abu Qir Fertilizers and Chemicals gained 5.3%, closing at 56.2 pounds.

The benchmark EGX30 index increased 0.25% to 31,124 points. The EGX70 index for small and medium-sized stocks rose 0.44%, while the broader EGX100 index gained 0.46%."
