Skoda is preparing a facelift for its electric SUV, the Enyaq, and its coupe variant. Inspired by the Vision 7S concept car, the refreshed models, set to be unveiled in early 2025, boast a bold new design.
The updated Enyaq, sharing its platform with the Volkswagen ID.4, features a distinctive "Tech-Deck Face" grille, revised bumpers with black chrome accents, and integrated LED Matrix Ray headlights, creating a more aggressive front end.
The Enyaq receives a new olive green exterior color, black accents on the lower bumpers, and "Skoda" lettering replacing the traditional logo. Silver accents now adorn the side fenders, replacing the standard black plastic. The revised front end improves aerodynamics, potentially leading to increased range and efficiency, though the exact figures remain undisclosed.
While the teaser images don't
reveal significant rear-end changes, Skoda may introduce further modifications
before the official launch. The updated Enyaq now shares a stronger visual
resemblance with its smaller sibling, the Elroq.
These mid-cycle updates ensure the Enyaq remains competitive. Notably, the Enyaq has been a significant success for Skoda, ranking as the fifth best-selling electric car in Europe last year, surpassing models like the Tesla Model Y, Model 3, Volkswagen ID.4, and MG4.
