Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the General Authority for Healthcare (GAHC), met with a delegation from the Chinese company "SunKye" to explore future cooperation.
The SunKye Chinese company delegation was led by Mr. Sam Xiang, Chairman and Managing Director of the company, and included Ms. Gloria Wang, Executive Director, and Major General Amr Nady Ali, Marketing Director of the company.
The GAHC Chairman stated that the meeting showcased SunKye's
advanced technical and commercial capabilities, focusing on enhancing medical
technology, providing digital radiology solutions, transferring expertise on
medical equipment for field hospitals and emergency medical support vehicles,
and utilizing digitization and artificial intelligence in the medical field.
Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky stressed the importance of adopting
cutting-edge technologies and AI in medicine, stating that it establishes a
replicable model for enhancing health quality. He also emphasized that the
synergy of expertise and technology is fundamental to health service
development.
The SunKye delegation expressed its pleasure in discussing
constructive cooperation with the GAHC, committing to providing the latest
medical equipment innovations and expanding partnerships within the health
sector for tangible and sustainable progress. They also discussed using AI
platforms to analyze radiological images and provide advanced diagnostic
solutions, accelerating early detection and improving treatment outcomes.
