The Uptown Group is set to invest approximately 5 billion Egyptian pounds over the next five years in service projects aimed at accelerating the development of 6 October City. These projects include an international school, over 30 commercial and administrative centers, and a 120-bed hospital.

The company's statement indicates that the works include the implementation of primary and secondary networks for water, sewage, irrigation, fire protection, and stormwater drainage, along with all road paving works.

Engineer Ahmed Abu Zeid, Chairman of the Uptown Group, stated that the 6 October City Authority has completed all infrastructure work in the city on schedule. He added that Uptown 6 October Real Estate Development Company has launched its projects in the past two years based on its full confidence in the ministry's ability to complete all infrastructure work on schedule, which helps the company deliver its projects and residential units on the scheduled dates.
