Orascom Development has launched a new project within the city of El Gouna, as part of its plan to develop the mega city, according to Mohamed Amer, CEO of El Gouna. He mentioned that the new project has been named 'Toban' by the company.
Amer added that the Toban project
is being built on an area of one million square meters and includes a large
number of diverse residential units, ranging from standalone and connected
villas to apartments, as well as yacht marinas overlooking the sea, a hotel,
and a vibrant commercial area.
He continued that according to
the plan, the first phase of the project is set to be delivered in the first
quarter of 2027, which aligns with the company's investment plans.
El Gouna achieved a 172.1% growth in real estate sales, reaching 7.8 billion Egyptian pounds in the first half of 2024
